Ingredients:

Egg

2 Tb unsalted butter

1/2 onion

3/4 cup sliced mushrooms

green onions
-
rice
Hamburger Patties:

1.5 lb ground beef
-
1 Tb Worcestershire sauce
-
1.5 tsp seasoning salt

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
Gravy:
-
1.5 cup beef stock
-
4 tsp shoyu (soy sauce)
-
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-
2 tsp ketchup
-
5 tsp cornstarch
Instructions:

Mix hamburger patty ingredients in a large bowl. Form into patties. Fry
over medium heat, 3-5 min each side. Set aside.

Combine gravy ingredients. Whisk to dissolve and keep cornstarch from
settling to bottom. Fry onions in butter, then add mushrooms. Add gravy
and stir until it thickens.

Fry sunny-side-up eggs, one per patty.

Serve layered: rice on the bottom, then a patty, then gravy, then the egg and green onions.
